How do we ship?

• Mainland deliveries to Spain and Portugal have a delivery time of 1-3 working days from order dispatch and are sent via Correos, Correos Express, CTT or MRW. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do not count as working days.
• International shipments to Europe have a delivery time of 3-5 working days from order dispatch.
• We cannot make changes, modifications or returns on orders already placed.
• We process orders completed from 1:01 PM the previous day to 1:00 PM on the current working day. Orders placed outside this time window will be processed on the next working day. Orders leave our warehouse within a maximum of 24-72 hours from payment receipt.
• Monday to Friday, you will receive your order before 7:00 PM on the next working day (except Balearic Islands). No deliveries are made on Saturdays or Sundays.
• Orders placed from Friday after 1:01 PM, on Saturdays and Sundays will be prepared on Monday and delivered before 7:00 PM on the next working day (generally Tuesday, except Balearic Islands).
• The indicated dispatch times are approximate. In case of stock shortage or temporary unavailability, Vittalogy will contact you to inform you of the new delivery date or, if the product cannot be supplied, proceed with cancellation. In any case, a delivery delay shall not entitle the customer to any compensation.
• Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day, following the Torrelavega (Cantabria) labour calendar.
• Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postal charges. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order.
• We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each one individually.
