Refund policy

How can I return an item?

• If we made an error preparing your order, don't worry — we cover all collection, exchange and refund costs for incorrectly shipped or transport-damaged goods.
• If you ordered the wrong item, you have 14 calendar days to let us know you wish to return it; return shipping costs will be at your expense in this case.
• Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The deadline will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the last of those goods.
• Consequences of withdrawal: You shall return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Return shipping costs shall be at your expense.
• Orders must be returned to: Parque Empresarial Tanos-Viérnoles, Nave 18, 39300 Torrelavega, Cantabria. Products must be in perfect condition, unopened and undamaged. Once received and verified, we will process the refund and send you a confirmation email.
• Please remember to include a note in your package with your full name, order reference and the items you wish to return.
• All items returned to our warehouse will be refunded within 7 to 15 days of receipt.
• The customer shall bear the return shipping costs for parcels undelivered after two delivery attempts by the carrier or returned by InPost after 7 days without collection, as well as the original shipping costs. Once received back at our warehouse, Vittalogy will refund the amount for the items received and provide proof of delivery attempts.
